This article explains how to print UPC labels. This will speed up the billing process through the scanner gun.
Remember that UPC codes can be set up from the Setup>>Products>>Manage Hard Goods screen.
Instructions
- Go to Inventory and select Inventory Summary.
- Click on Manage Hard Goods Inventory.
- Use filters to find the Hard Good products you are printing labels for.
- Click on the button in the Actions column to display the actions menu.
- Select Print UPC Case Label.
Info: If the product also has a Unit UPC code set up, you can also print these labels per unit.
UPC labels have a size of 2 x 1 inch.
Roles enabled to perform this action: Admin, Sales Manager, Inventory.
