Integrations

Komet provides multiple integrations to make your operations easier. In addition to the available API methods that allow you to connect to cargo agencies, vendors, and other floral systems; Komet Sales provides direct integrations that will help you save time and money.

ASINFO Integration

With the ASINFO Integration, you can synchronize your Purchase Orders and enable Growers that use ASINFO systems to confirm and ship their products efficiently and promptly.

Roles enabled to perform this action: Admin, Setup (token generation process).

Axerrio Integration

Axerrio is a floral system used by many Vendors, with this integration, you can connect your Komet Sales account to the Axerrio account and use it to accelerate Sales and Purchases in Komet Sales through the API.

Roles enabled to activate this integration: Admin.

BloomNet Integration

Connect your Komet Sales account to BloomNet to synchronize your Inventory. With this integration, you can have your available Inventory and receive orders directly from BloomNet into your Komet Sales account.

Cargo Master Integration

With the Cargo Master Integration, you can integrate your Komet Sales Account to Cargo Master to automatize the creation of AWBs and make the reservations on the cargo agent system when you send the Purchase Order to your Vendors.

Carlstedts Integration

This integration allows you to post your Open Market inventory (on hand or future inventory) on Carlstedts through Komet Sales.

Clearent Integration

With the Clearent Integration, you can process credit card payments from Order Entry, Accounts Receivable, and E-Commerce.

Delaware Valley Integration

Delaware Valley is one of the biggest wholesalers in the United States. To optimize their operations, they require the receiving boxes to have a specific label that can be easily read. With this Integration, you can submit a CSV (Comma-Separated Value) file with the Purchase Order information to Delaware Valley directly from Komet Sales.

DWF Integration

Komet Sales allows you to connect with DWF Wholesale, so your inventory is automatically sent to DWF, and you can start receiving orders directly from their system into Komet Sales. If you want to have this option enabled, please contact us.

Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Setup

In this article, you will learn how to set up the Shipper Accounts in Komet Sales to automatically transmit EDI information to your carriers. This is necessary if you ship via Armellini Air Express, Armellini Express Lines, Prime Floral, Florida Beauty, Logistik Alliance, Elite, or Floral Trade.

User Roles: Admin and Setup.

FedEx Integration

The FedEx integration speeds up the shipping process of your company. Without having to leave the Komet Sales system, you will be able to:

Save Ship-To's and shipping preferences for each customer.
Connect with FedEx and prepare shipments.
Get tracking information.
Print FedEx labels.

FMI Farms Integration

Connect your Komet Sales account to FMI Farms to synchronize your inventory. With this integration, you can have your available inventory and receive orders directly from FMI Farms into your Komet Sales account.

FTD Integration

Komet Sales allows you to connect with FTD, so your inventory is automatically sent to FTD, and you can start receiving orders directly from their customers. If you want to have this option enabled, please contact us.

IBuyFlowers Integration

Connect your Komet Sales account to iBuyFlowers to synchronize your inventory. With this integration, you can have your available inventory and receive orders directly from iBuyFlowers into your Komet Sales account.

KometPayments (In-App Payments)

In this article, you will learn how to enable and manage KometPayments to streamline your payment process and make your customers' lives easier.

Set Up the Order Confirmation Webhook

In this article, you will learn how to set up the order confirmation webhook and enable email notifications to notify salespeople if there is an error during the synchronization process with an external system so they can reconfirm the orders once the issue is solved.

Single Sign On (SSO)

In this article, you will learn how to enable Single Sign-On (SSO) using OAuth 2.0, allowing access to the Komet Sales E-Commerce through third-party websites.

Tampa Cargo Integration

In this article, you will learn how to enable the Tampa Cargo Integration, allowing you to download the shipping information in a .txt file ready to send to Tampa Cargo.

Before activating this integration, you must obtain your user and company names from Tampa Cargo.

UNOSOF Integration

UNOSOF is a farm management system, with this integration, you can connect your Komet Sales account to the Unosof account and use it to create Purchase Orders and add them to AWBs as a Grower/Importer in Komet Sales through the API.

Vida 18 Integration

In this article you will learn how to synchronize your Vida 18 inventory with Komet Sales to reflect your Vida 18 inventory in Komet Sales and sell it through any of the available sales channels in Komet Sales.
