Label Options - Multiple Locations

Overview

There are some Label Options you can customize per location. To set up the label options in a single location company, please read Label Options.

 

The system allows you to decide whether the customer information is printed on the grower labels. If the ship is via grower, the customer information will always appear on the grower labels.

  1. Go to Setup > Settings > Locations.

  2.  Choose the desired location and click on "Label Options".

  3.  Check the box "Print Customer Name" and enter a code which identifies your company.

  4. Enter a Location Identifier. 

  5.  The grower labels will look like this:

     

     

     

     

    Information

    When the option is deactivated the grower labels will be printed along with your company's information.

     

The vendor information displayed on grower and shipping labels can be chosen on a per location basis. Shipping labels can be printed with the "Vendor name & code" or just the "Vendor Code". Go to Setup>>Settings.  Choose the desired location and click on "Label Options". Under the General title, select the way the vendor information should be displayed for this location. Click on Save.   
Some of the labels options must be set up per Company. For doing that, please go to Setup>>Settings>>Labels Options For more information about this labels options, please read Label Options.
This option allows to set up which types of labels should be printed upon receiving with the scan gun. To set up this option follow the next instructions:

  1. Go to Setup>>Settings.

  2.  Choose the desired location and click on "Label Options".

  3.  Select the type of labels to be printed on the option Print Labels Upon Receiving.

    Information

    • If you select Units Distribution Labels, the system will automatically print those labels on the Remote Printer set up for Shipping Labels. For further information read Print Distribution Labels.

    • If you select Box Labels, the system will validate the status of the box. If the box is in the inventory or in the staging area, the system will print the inventory labels. On the contrary, if the box is already associated to an order, the system will print the shipping labels. In both cases, the system will print the box labels on the Remote Printer set up for Shipping Labels.

The system allows you to choose a preference for sorting the Shipping Labels before you print them. To do this, set the option "Sort Labels By". Notice that if the option Generate Consecutive Number for AWB is enabled, the system will display an additional option to sort the labels.
