Edit the House AWB

Create a new AWB

The AWB (Air Waybill) refers to a receipt issued by a cargo agency for goods and as evidence of the contract of carriage. Shipments in the system will be identified by the AWB number associated to each PO of each vendor.

Download the AWB Liquidation Report

The system allows downloading an AWB liquidation report including details for the AWB selected within the filter.

Edit an AWB

In case any correction has to be done on an AWB, the system allows vendors to edit this information as long as the AWB is still open. Some changes include the AWB number, the ship date, also add or remove products from the AWB. 

Manage AWBs for the future

This option allows entering AWBs in advance, so vendor users will select the AWBs from a list instead of manually entering the whole number.
