Map products with Komet Network Codes
Products mapped with a Komet Network Code have a universal name within Komet Sales. This code ensures every user of the K2K network sees the same information when buying or selling, enhancing communication and preventing errors in created orders. Categories mapping is used for K2K for Procurement and K2K for Sales.
Roles enabled to perform this action: Admin, Setup.
Map a Product with a Komet Network Code
Komet Network Codes work with the most popular flowers, hard goods, and plants.
The following instructions guide you through the process of adding a Komet Network Code to your products:
Go to Setup and select Products.
Click on Komet Network Codes. In this screen you can map products by Grade and Color attributes.
Search the products you want to map using the Attribute, Category, and Mapping status headers.
Click on Attribute to select the Attribute you are mapping products with.
Choose the Komet Network Code for the items you want to map from the dropdown button.
To Unmap a Product delete it from the Komet Network Code field, or click Unmap from the Actions Column.
Unmapped Categories and Products can cause issues in K2K processes.
Categories not used in K2K transactions do not need mapping.
