The system allows deleting any product of an order. This article explains how to do it

Important
If any item of the order has already been shipped, it cannot be deleted. For deleting the product, use the Return Option with the scan gun in order to receive the product back first and then you will be able to delete it.
1) Go to Order Entry>>Order Summary
2) Use the available filters for find the order
3) Go to the Actions column and in the drop-down menu, click on Edit.
4) The Add Order window will be displayed, search for the product and click on Delete in the Actions column.
5) Click on Continue in the confirmation window.
6) A message will appear at the lower right corner of the screen confirming that the item has been returned to the inventory.
