Edit or Void Transferred Orders


Admin users might be allowed to edit or void orders already transferred (either for the simple transfer process or the pass-through location process). This article explains how to do so.

How Does this Option Work? 

Once this option is activated, the system will allow admin users to edit or void orders already transferred from the location from where the product was transferred. In case the order is edited, it can be confirmed and thus, transferred again. Please take into account the following while editing items in orders already transferred:

  • This option only apply for new product lines, meaning that if you update partially the quantities within a box line, those changes will not be taken into account.
  • In the case you add new product lines (in boxes) to an already transferred order, those boxes will be added to the destiny location without update the existing lines, once the order in reconfirmed.
  • Boxes removed or removed will not be removed in the destiny location when the order is reconfirmed.
  • In the case of items in units and hard goods, the system will not updated quantities in the location to where the items were transferred. This means that the original quantities will remain the same in the destiny location and if the items may be duplicated.

Once an admin user tries to edit an order already transferred, the following confirmation window will appear:
