Overview
It is possible that you are not able to place an order for e-commerce. This might be due to the cut off time set for the current day or to the time limit have been reached.
Error Messages
There are a variety of reasons why e-commerce orders cannot be completed. Messages as the following would appear.
When the cut off time is reached, messages as the following will appear.
- This order has been canceled.This message appears when the order you were placing could not be completed since the available time to complete the order has expired. Please proceed to add the items again to the shopping cart.
- There are no products available for the selected ship date & carrier combination: This message will appear when there are no products available due to the ship date and carrier chosen. In this case, we recommend you to select a different date or carrier.
- Products from this source () are no longer available for the ship date, but are available for a later ship date: This message will appear when the cut-off time of the original source of the product has been reached. In this case, we recommend you to select a different product, date or carrier or contact your sales representative so they can review you case.
Suggestion
The system will help you to know when an order or product line is about to expire, check the warning messages that will appear so you don't have troubles with your order:
Line is about to expire:The yellow clock indicates that there are less than 7 minutes to order the product.
Cut-off time of the order is about to expire: This message will appear when the cut-off time for the selected ship date and carrier is less than 60 and more than 2 minutes.
