E-Commerce Mobile App

The Komet Sales Mobile App allows users to access E-commerce on mobile devices through the Komet Sales Mobile Application available on iOS devices and Android.

Overview

With this app, you can do the following:

  • Search products by category.

  • Display the availability dates of the products.

  • Update inventory in Real-time.

  • Buy flowers from all the companies with which you are associated.

  • Place under the same web order products for different dates and carriers.

Specific Considerations and Restrictions

  • In this app, users will not be able to make payments.

  • Promotional messages, Sell-fast, and multilanguage options are not available.

  • The setting Allow Customer to Edit Ship To's does not apply.

  • The Komet Sales App can display Future, K2K, and Open Market inventories. Please use the E-commerce List version to sell Vendor Availability products and Mixed Boxes from Vendor Availability.

  • If you are a seasoned buyer and want access to place orders, see your order history in a more advanced interface, among other options. Please use the List Experience to set up on Customer Account "Advanced" Setup.

Download and use the app

Follow these instructions to download and navigate the app:

  1. Go to the iOS app store or Play Store and search for "Komet Sales".

  2. Download and open the app. 

  3. Login to your account using your usual credentials.

  4. Select the E-commerce of the company you are buying from. If your account is associated with one company you will be redirected automatically to them.

  5. Tap Continue.

Place an order on E-commerce

Follow these instructions to place an order through the app:

  1. Search the product you want using the search bar at the top of the screen. 

  2. Select the product.

  3. Input the amount of product you need.

  4. Select the Arrival Date on the Delivery by field.

  5. Select the Carrier on the Delivery Method field.

  6. Add a name to the order.

  7. Tap on Add to cart.

  8. Tap on View cart.

  9. Tap on Place your order.

Delete a product from an Order

Follow these instructions to delete a product from an unsubmitted order through the app:

  1. Tap on the shopping cart icon.

  2. Tap on the trash icon next to the product you want to remove.

  3. Tap Yes to confirm the removal.

Cancel an Order

Follow these instructions to cancel an order through the app:

  1. Tap on the shopping cart icon.

  2. Tap on Cancel Order.

  3. Tap Yes to confirm the cancellation.

  4. Tap OK on the confirmation message to continue shopping.

Important

When you cancel an Order, the system will execute different processes depending on the source of the products contained in an order. There are two possible scenarios: 

  • Prebooks: The system removes the products from the Prebook but does not delete the Prebook.

  • Purchase Orders: The system will remove the products and void the order. However, if the order contains products from different web orders or products were added through a different method, the order will not be voided, only the products added through this method.
