Overview

This functionality allows you to release the availability that is currently associated to a PO in the same Postpone Shipment window. This is to avoid the navigation between different screens in the system.

This option is only available when:

• Some PO line is related to VA.
• Selected Ship Date is the same or before the original PO Ship Date.
  If the Ship Date is the same as the PO Ship Date, it will be displayed as follows:

Otherwise, If you select a date that is after the PO date, the following message is displayed: "Vendor Availability items will be released."
