Unable to Confirm a Purchase Order

The system will restrict the confirmation of orders (from the Vendor Portal) with products coming from VA and K2K inventories as long as the order has not been checked out by the final e-commerce customer. This restriction applies both for single and massive confirmations.




Massive confirmations

It a least one of the product lines belongs to web orders, the confirmation process cannot be completed and the following message will appear:

 "N product lines could not be confirmed. If they belong to web orders, the checkout process has to be completed by the final e-commerce customer first. Please try to confirm them individually".

Solution: We recommend you to try to confirm the orders individually.

Single confirmations

The system will not allow the user to confirm the line until it has been checked out by the final customer. The next message will appear: 

"This product cannot be confirmed because the  checkout process has not been completed by the final e-commerce customer. Please try again after 60 minutes".

Solution: We recommend you to try to confirm the order after 60 minutes.

Email confirmation

The system will not allow users to confirm orders by email It a least one of the product lines belongs to web orders that not been checked out by the final e-commerce customer.

Solution: We recommend you to try to confirm the order after 60 minutes.
