Cancel E-commerce Orders
In this article, you will learn how to Cancel E-commerce orders and prebooks.
User Roles: E-commerce Customers.
Important
Customers will not be able to delete Prebooks and Orders created by Salespeople.

Cancel E-commerce Orders
You can only cancel an e-commerce order with Pending Approval or In Progress status. To cancel an order, do the following instructions:
Login into your Komet e-commerce account.
Go to the E-commerce tab and select Order Summary.
In the Actions column, click on the Cancel option of the order.
Click Yes, cancel the order
Cancel E-commerce Prebooks
To edit the e-commerce prebook “In progress”, do the following instructions:
Login into your Komet e-commerce account.
Go to the E-commerce tab and select Prebook Summary.
In the Actions column, click on the Edit option of the prebook.
Now, back in the New Order tab, click on the Shopping Cart.
In the Actions column click on the Remove option of ich product.
When you empty your shopping cart, the system automatically cancels your prebook.
You cannot edit the prebooks that you have already confirmed.
