In this article, you will learn how to customize the Company’s Komet Sales Header and Logo.

Roles enabled to perform this action: Admin.

If you also use our e-commerce site, when you update the Company Header, the header in your e-commerce will also change unless you personalize it at least one time. To learn how, read https://kometsales.atlassian.net/wiki/x/_fYy.

Image Requirements for Company Header

To customize the header with something more than a solid color, we recommend designing your own image. For this, keep the following requirements in mind:

  • The header design must be 3840 * 152 pixels and cannot exceed 1 MB.

  • If you want to display your company's logo, it must be 320 * 70 pixels, and we recommend placing it 896 pixels away from the left edge of your design to guarantee that no button overlaps above your logo.

Upload the Company Header

To upload the Company Header, do the following instructions:

  1. Go to Setup and select Settings.

  2. In the Company Setup section, click Company Header.

  3. Choose between personalizing the Header Color, the Header Image, or both.
    Remember, the image should match with the header color.

  4. Click Save & Close.

Upload the Company Header - Multilocation

If your company has multiple locations, updating the header per location will not change the main company header. To update the header per location, do the following instructions:

  1. Go to Setup and select Locations.

  2. Identify the location you need, and from the Actions column, click Edit.

  3. Click on the Company Header link.

  4. Choose between personalizing the Header Color, the Header Image, or both.
    Remember, the image should match with the header color.

  5. Click Save & Close.

  6. Click Save.
