Product availability will vary depending on the Carrier, Ship Date, Cut-off times, and timers. Depending on the combination of these factors, you might not be able to add certain products to your shopping cart or get a warning or error message.

This order has been canceled.

The system requires that you check out before the time shown expires. You and your salesperson will receive an email listing the canceled items in a few minutes.

This message appears when the order you placed cannot be completed since the available time to complete the order has expired.

Proceed to add the items again to the shopping cart. 

There are no products available for the selected ship date & carrier combination.

This message will appear when no products are available due to the ship date and carrier chosen.

In this case, we recommend selecting a different date or carrier.

Products from this source () are no longer available for the ship date but are available for a later ship date.

This message, along with the red clock icon will appear when the cut-off time of the original source of the product has been reached.

In this case, we recommend you select a different product, date or carrier or contact your sales representative so they can review your case.

This message appears when the cut-off time of the original source of the product chosen is earlier than the available time of your order, so if you decide to add the product, the remaining time will be reduced.

  • Continue shopping with reduced time: if you select this option, the item will be added to your cart but keep in mind that the Time available to check out the order will be reduced.

  • Remove this item and continue shopping: if you select this option, the item will not be added to your cart and the remaining time will be the same. Search for a different product.

  • Check out the existing order now: the item will be added to the order, and this will be checked out. The screen will refresh, so you place a different order.

This line will expire soon.

The yellow clock indicates less than 10 minutes to order the product.

Please add the product and check out your order as soon as possible.

This message will appear when the cut-off time for the selected ship date and carrier is less than 60 and more than 2 minutes.
