 In case you have the POD enabled, but the files are not being processed, please follow the next steps and try again:

Failed to load PDF document. What can you do?

The following message may appear while trying to open a POD already uploaded. This may be due to the creation of a temporary file by the scanner.

Solution: create a folder in any location and make sure of save on it all the files already scanned. Once the files have been scanned, transfer them to the pod-pending file so the POD service can process them. 

We've encountered an issue exporting this macro. Please try exporting again later.
