View and edit UPC Information from Order Entry

Overview


When a UPC information has been added to the Prebook, this will be transferred to the Purchase Order and the Invoice. Salesperson will be able to see and edit UPC information from the Order Entry screen and even print sample labels. This article explains how to do this.

UPC information will be visible from the Order Entry only if:

  • The invoice comes from a prebook for which UPC information was added.
  • The invoice and the prebook belong to the same customer.

From the Order Summary screen

Users will be able to visualize UPC information by hovering the mouse over the UPC message next to the product description from the Invoice Order Details screen.


From the Add Order screen

Please note: Changes made to UPC information will be reflected in the prebook and related orders.

In Order Entry >> Add Order screen, go to the products grid and search for the UPC indicator next to the product line. Users will be able to edit or visualize UPC information.

  • Viewing UPC information: hover the mouse over the UPC word, next to the product description.
  • Edit UPC information: Click on UPC. The UPC information window will open. Make the necessary changes and click on Save.

         


Print Sample Labels

Click on Save & Print Sample to generate a sample UPC label.
