Overview

• Prebook Summary Report: Excel file which contains general information displayed on the grid (for all results pages). 

• Prebook Details Report: Excel file which contains detailed information (for each product) of Prebooks displayed on the grid (for all results pages). Download an example.

Instructions

1. Go to Prebooks & SO's>> Prebook Summary.

2.  Use the available filters to find the Prebooks for which you want to generate the report.

3. Click on Export to Excel or Export Details. In the case of the Prebook Details Report, the system will ask for the email where the report should be sent.

4. Click on Save to finish.
