Restrict access to Customers' E-commerce

The system by default allows users with sales roles to access the e-commerce customer's accounts. If you want to restrict users from accessing e-commerce, follow the steps explained below

Open

1. Go to Setup > Users > Company Users.

2.  Use filters to "Search" for the user.

3.  Go under the Actions column and click on "Edit".

4.  Select the "Options" tab.

5.  Enable the option named Do not allow access to Customers' E-commerce.

6.  Click on Save.
