Print Shipping Docs only as PDF
Overview
This option will allow to restrict users from printing documents using the Remote Printing feature. Once this option is enabled for a user, the system will always download a PDF document when clicking on "print", skipping the Print Docs window.
Instructions
Go to Setup > Users > Company Users.
Use filters to "Search" for the user.
Go under the Actions column and click on "Edit".
Select the "Options" tab.
Select the option Print Shipping Docs only as PDF.
Click on Save.
