Allow Users to Decrease Prices

Companies that use the price overrides feature, can configure per-user exceptions so they are allowed to decrease the prices of products in boxes for on hand and future inventory without any approval.

 

How to set up a price decrease percentage

 

  1. Go to Setup > Users > Company Users.

  2.  Use filters to "Search" for the user.

  3.  Go under the Actions column and click on "Edit".

  4.  Select the "Options" tab.

  5. Enter search the percentage in which the user will be allowed to decrease the product price in the field User can Decrease the Price of an Item by.

  6.  Click on Save.
